Juneteenth School House Bingo Tickets

By registering for or participating in Juneteenth School House Bingo, participants and their parents or guardians agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility Juneteenth School House Bingo is designed for teen participants. Participants must fall within the designated age range established for the event. 2. Parental/Guardian Awareness Participants under the age of 18 must have the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the event. 3. Event Participation Participants agree to follow the instructions provided by event hosts, organizers, and volunteers during the event. 4. Conduct and Behavior All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, event staff, and volunteers. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event. 5. Prizes and Giveaways Prizes may be awarded during the event as part of the bingo experience. Prizes are awarded at the discretion of event organizers and hosts. 6. Personal Responsibility Participants and parents/guardians acknowledge that Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers are not responsible for lost personal items brought to the event. 7. Youth Supervision and Departure Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers are not responsible for supervising participants before arrival or after departure from the event. Parents or guardians are responsible for transportation arrangements and ensuring participants arrive and depart safely. 8. Photo and Media Release By participating in the event, participants and their parents or guardians grant permission for Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers to photograph or record portions of the event for promotional, marketing, and community awareness purposes. 9. Event Changes Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, schedules, or programming if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Agreement By registering for or attending Juneteenth School House Bingo, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
