Terms & Conditions — Candle-Making Workshop (Eventbrite Version) By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following policies: Registration & Tickets Each ticket admits one participant for the listed class date and time. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person for the same session. Please contact the organizer in advance if you need to transfer your ticket. Arrival Doors open 10–15 minutes prior to start time. Class begins promptly. Late arrivals may miss key instruction; no refunds for late arrivals. Age Policy Participants must be 12+ (unless otherwise stated on this event page). Anyone under 18 must attend with a ticketed adult. Health & Allergies This workshop involves hot wax and fragrance oils. If you have asthma, scent sensitivities, or skin allergies, please participate at your discretion. By attending, you acknowledge that we cannot be responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Safety & Liability Guests agree to follow all instructor directions and posted safety rules. Participation involves handling materials at high temperatures. By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation and release the organizer and venue from liability for injury or property damage resulting from failure to follow instructions or misuse of materials. Personal Items Please keep bags, coats, and valuables off the work surface. The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. Photos & Promotion Photos and short videos may be taken during class for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the instructor at check-in. Event Changes or Cancellation The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to illness, low enrollment, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled, guests will receive a full refund or complimentary transfer to another session. We are not responsible for travel or incidental costs. Behavior Policy This is a shared creative environment. Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from class without refund. Finished Candle Disclaimer Candles require proper cooling and cure time. Care instructions will be provided. The organizer is not responsible for product use after guests leave the event.
