SKYTHENIX - EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS Skythenix Holiday Toy Drive – December 13, 2025 | Iron Monkey Strength | 12–3 PM By registering for, attending, or participating in this free event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Voluntary Participation Participation in all activities hosted by Skythenix is voluntary and includes use of gym space, warm-ups, calisthenics stations, and any movement within Iron Monkey Strength. 2. Assumption of Risk You understand that fitness activities may involve risks such as slips, falls, overexertion, equipment misuse, collisions, or other injuries. You agree that you are participating at your own risk. 3. Release of Liability You hereby release and discharge Skythenix, Iron Monkey Strength, and their respective owners, staff, volunteers, and partners from all claims related to injury, accident, property damage, or other losses that may occur during the event — including claims caused by ordinary negligence. 4. Indemnification You agree to defend and hold harmless Skythenix and Iron Monkey Strength from any claims brought by you or on your behalf. 5. Medical Authorization You authorize staff or emergency personnel to provide or secure medical assistance if needed. All medical costs remain your responsibility. 6. Minor Participation Policy Under 16: A parent or legal guardian must be physically present at all times. Ages 16–17: May attend without a guardian present only if a guardian signs the waiver beforehand. Guardians agree that all Terms & Conditions apply fully to their minor. 7. Photo & Video Release By attending, you grant permission for Skythenix to photograph or record you (or your minor) for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please refrain from areas where filming is in progress. 8. Conduct & Facility Respect Participants must respect gym rules, staff instructions, event equipment, and fellow attendees. Skythenix may remove anyone whose behavior jeopardizes safety. 9. Donations Entry is free. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new, unopened toy or donate through the Amazon Wishlist. 10. Parking Street parking is available in the surrounding area, but not guaranteed. There is no dedicated event parking lot. 11. Agreement By signing up or entering the premises, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
