Wildside Winery – Winter Balloon Glow Terms & Conditions By applying to participate in the Winter Balloon Glow at Wildside Winery, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions: Application & Booth Fees • A $25 non-refundable application fee is due at the time of submission. • If accepted, a $100 booth fee will be collected to secure your space. • No refunds will be issued after acceptance. Weather Policy This is an outdoor event. No refunds will be issued due to weather. If weather conditions prevent the event from taking place, it will be rescheduled to a later date. All accepted vendors will retain their placement for the rescheduled event. Setup & Breakdown • Setup begins at 2:30 PM and must be complete by 3:45 PM. • Vendors must remain fully set up until the event ends at 7:00 PM. • Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and lighting (battery-powered only — no generators). • Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-choice basis upon arrival. Conduct & Compliance Wildside Winery is a family-friendly, community-oriented venue. Professional, courteous conduct is expected at all times. • Inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, guests, or other vendors will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund of any fees paid. • Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including food safety, alcohol regulations, and tax collection requirements. • Only approved products may be sold. Vendors may not sell or display unapproved or inappropriate items. Liability Vendors assume all responsibility for their products, equipment, and personnel. Wildside Winery, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury that occurs before, during, or after the event. Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify Wildside Winery from any claims arising from participation. Promotion & Photography By participating, vendors grant Wildside Winery permission to use photos, video, or likenesses from the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
