By completing this application, all entries and entry participants agree to this Indemnify and Hold Harmless Agreement. INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: I/we further agree to indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Fort Mill, Town Depts. Events Committee and its employees, volunteers, or agents against loss or expense, including attorney’s fees for loss or expense because of bodily injury, death or property damage sustained by any person or persons. It is further agreed that I/we, as participants, will provide proof of drivers license and general liability and auto insurance for the parade entry. Participant further agrees to have received, read, understood, and will fully comply with all of the Town of Fort Mill Parade Rules and Regulations. No refunds for any reason.
