We will be holding a Charity Ball on Thursday, June 25th at the Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills. The chosen theme will reflect the main theme of Tokyo, OK: Here & Now! Focus on the Popular High Fashion and Anime Trends of TODAY. Admission is $10. 100% of the proceeds will go towards this year's chosen charity. Dress is semi-formal / semi-formal cosplay, or Lolita; jeans and t-shirts will not be allowed. CONDUCT The Charity Ball is for everyone to feel comfortable, welcome, and safe. As such anyone whose conduct makes another guest feel uncomfortable will be asked to leave without refund and may risk losing their convention pass. Unwanted actions can include but are not limited to unwanted proposals to dance or take pictures, starring in an inappropriate manner, overly aggressive behavior, language that demeans other people or groups, etc. Everyone must have a wristband to enter the Ball, and the wristband must be shown to any Tokyo, OK volunteer when requested. No alcohol will be permitted at the Ball.
