To ensure the parade is enjoyable for spectators, a minimum of 25 entries must be received before October 31, 2025. Should the minimum entry requirement not be reached by this date, the parade will be canceled and participants will be refunded their admission fee. Participants must meet all road safety requirements and laws and will be inspected before the parade begins. Vehicles with no holiday lights or decorations will be excluded from participating. The parade is rain or shine, and no refunds on the registration fee will be provided due to weather delays or cancellations.
