We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, unexpected illnesses, or travel-related issues. Rain or Shine: The Sip Savor Wine Fest is held rain or shine. Regardless of weather conditions, we are committed to providing an exceptional festival experience. Attendees, vendors, and sponsors are encouraged to prepare for various weather possibilities, as the event will proceed as planned, except in extreme conditions that may pose safety risks. Cancellation by Organizers: In the rare event that the Sip Savor Wine Fest is canceled by the organizers, we will communicate promptly with all ticket holders, vendors, and sponsors about the procedure for any applicable compensation or rescheduling details. This is the only scenario under which refunds might be considered and would be determined on a case-by-case basis. Change of Venue or Date: Should it become necessary to change the event’s date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances, all affected parties will be notified immediately via email and official announcements on our platforms. Tickets, vendor spots, and sponsor agreements will remain valid for the rescheduled date or new venue, and no refunds will be issued for these changes.
