Event Description: Wandering Roots Markets is excited to host the Crystal Springs Holiday Market on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Crystal Springs Apartment Complex (5332 Trinity River Trl, Fort Worth, TX 76114). This festive community event will bring together local artisans, small businesses, and food vendors for a joyful day of holiday shopping, music, and family fun. To make the celebration even more special, we’re planning a Free Gift Wrapping Station where shoppers can have their holiday purchases beautifully wrapped on-site. We are currently seeking a sponsorship for the Gift Wrapping Station, which will help us offer this thoughtful and festive service to attendees at no cost. Join us in spreading holiday cheer while supporting local businesses and bringing the community together for a day full of festive spirit! Sponsorship Benefits In exchange for the sponsorship fee, the Sponsor will receive the following benefits: - A free 10X10 booth space at the event named above to sell goods/pass out information. - Your business logo on the flyer (WRM and all vendors will be sharing) - 1 to 3 dedicated social media posts for your business on our sharing platforms - A mention on every social media promo post we make leading up to the event

Terms & Conditions

Term & Conditions This Agreement will be effective as of the date of approval and will terminate upon completion of the event, unless extended or terminated earlier by mutual agreement. Cancellation Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. If canceled by the Sponsor after within 14-days of event date, the sponsorship fee is non-refundable.
