About the event

Berks Pride Fest is the largest and longest-running LGBTQ+ Pride celebration in Berks County, hosted by Reading Pride Celebration. Since 2006, the festival has brought together thousands of community members and allies for a vibrant day of entertainment, education, advocacy, and connection. Featuring live performances, diverse vendors, food trucks, and community organizations, Berks Pride Fest creates an inclusive, welcoming space that celebrates authenticity, visibility, and pride for all.

About the application

Community Champions provide meaningful support that strengthens the overall impact of Berks Pride Fest. This sponsorship level reflects visible leadership within our local business and nonprofit community while helping ensure that this celebration remains welcoming and accessible to all. As we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Berks Pride Fest, Community Champions play an important role in supporting the continued growth of LGBTQ+ visibility and community connection in Greater Reading. Includes: • 10x10 booth space at Berks Pride Fest • Half-page advertisement in the printed 20th Anniversary Pride Guide • Featured logo placement on the Reading Pride website • Premium placement on shared sponsor signage at the festival • Four social media acknowledgments • On-stage acknowledgment during the festival • Complimentary admission for booth staff and representatives Thank you for helping us celebrate 20 years of Pride in our community.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions By submitting a sponsorship registration, you agree to the following: Sponsorship registrations are considered a commitment to participate. An invoice will be issued by Reading Pride Celebration upon approval of your registration. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Logos and promotional materials must be submitted by the stated deadline to ensure inclusion in printed and digital materials. Sponsor representatives and booth staff must comply with all festival rules, policies, and applicable laws. Reading Pride reserves the right to adjust event layout or logistics as necessary. Detailed booth instructions and deadlines will be provided prior to the event.
