Black Bear Terms and Conditions
Investment: $2,500 – $4,999
1. Agreement Overview
By participating as a Black Bear Sponsor, the Sponsor (“Sponsor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by Grizz-Con. These terms establish mutual understanding between the Sponsor and event organizers.
2. Payment and Confirmation
Full payment must be received before any sponsorship benefits are activated. Sponsorships are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a signed agreement. All payments are non-refundable once processed.
3. Logo and Branding Usage
Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and approved branding materials by the designated deadline. Grizz-Con reserves the right to determine logo size and placement on event materials, including banners, printed programs, and the official website. Late submissions may result in omission from certain materials.
4. Booth Space
Black Bear Sponsors will receive a standard-sized booth in a high-traffic area within the event. Booth placement will be assigned by Grizz-Con based on layout and logistics. Sponsors are responsible for setup, staffing, and teardown of their booths in compliance with venue regulations.
5. Social Media Mentions
Sponsors will receive a few mentions on Grizz-Con’s official social media platforms. Post content and timing will be managed by the Grizz-Con Marketing Team to maintain consistency and audience engagement.
6. VIP Passes
Black Bear Sponsors will receive four (4) VIP passes granting access to public areas and designated VIP functions. Passes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
7. Advertising and Event Bag Inclusion
Sponsors are entitled to a quarter-page advertisement in the official event program and may include approved promotional items in attendee event bags. Materials must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late or unapproved items may not be included.
8. Conduct and Compliance
Sponsors and their representatives must adhere to Grizz-Con’s Code of Conduct, venue policies, and event rules. Any violations or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
9. Cancellation and Force Majeure
If the event is canceled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond Grizz-Con’s control (including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), sponsorship benefits may be rescheduled or adjusted. Refunds will not be issued, but comparable promotional opportunities will be provided where possible.
10. Liability
Grizz-Con, its affiliates, and venue partners are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or property damage. Sponsors participate at their own risk and should maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
11. Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing the sponsorship agreement and/or remitting payment, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
