Terms & Conditions
Sponsor agrees to pay Swiss Bear a 100% deposit ($350) to accompany the signed agreement. Sponsor understands that only the benefits listed above are being provided in exchange for sponsorship. Sponsor does not participate in, nor assume responsibility for, the organization or execution of MumFest or its activities. - Sponsor acknowledges that banners damaged by wind, sunlight or vandalism cannot be replaced or repaired and that neither Swiss Bear nor the New Bern Chamber of Commerce are able to reimburse for banners that are damaged, lost or stolen in the unlikely event that this should occur.
