About the event

Join us after the Festival for a Live DJ, music, dancing, & a Cash Bar. 18+ To enter, 21+ to Drink. (Valid Identification required) This years after party will take place in a different area of the park from where the festival takes place, so no need to move your car, just walk over to the after party tent. About the application

The after Party is the grand finale to the festival. The party features live dj, photo booth, bar and food options. The after party sponsor will have the opportunity to have the entire event branded to their company specifications. Sponsor will be listed on advertisements for the after party on social media, print, and in the online pride guide. After party may provide branding and decor items for the after party, ensuring brand visibility. For maximum visibility, beverage sponsors are encourage to reach out regarding a package deal of sponsoring the after party and beverages at the pride bar. -Logo at pride festival -logo displayed on RPC home page as after party sponsor for 6 months. - Free festival admission for 10 employees (this does not include the 4 wristbands for employees working your booth) -Prominently displayed 10x20 booth at festival - full page branded after party  ad in the online pride guide - 25% discount on 2024 membership to the Berks LGBTQ business alliance. *Price of sponsorship is negotiable, interested parties should reach out to discuss* All sponsorships should be paid by check payable to Reading Pride Celebration.

Terms & Conditions

I agree to receive the above benefits in exchange for my sponsorship. I understand the investment level for this sponsorship , and that this entitles me to all aforementioned benefits and promotions. I understand that in the instance of complete event cancellation or early closure, that the sponsorship is non-refundable. I further understand that this agreement is binding by both parties, once signed. All funds, logos and company information are due to Reading Pride Celebration within 45 days of sponsorship acceptance by May 15, 2022 whichever comes first.
