Carolina Kitty Con is a high-energy, family-friendly celebration of cats, community, and pop culture, bringing together thousands of passionate cat lovers, shoppers, and experience seekers for an unforgettable weekend at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. Our audience is engaged, enthusiastic, and ready to discover brands that share their love of pets, creativity, and fun. From interactive experiences and photo moments to shopping and live programming, attendees spend the entire weekend exploring, connecting, and making memories which means meaningful, high-impact exposure for our sponsors. Sponsorship at Carolina Kitty Con goes beyond logos on signage. We create opportunities for brands to be seen, experienced, and remembered through premium booth placement, digital promotion, onsite activations, and direct engagement with a highly targeted and passionate community. Terms & Conditions

Carolina Kitty Con – Sponsor Terms & Conditions These Sponsor Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all sponsors participating in Carolina Kitty Con (“Event”), produced by Carolina Kitty Con LLC (“Organizer”), taking place at the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, North Carolina. By submitting payment and/or a signed sponsorship agreement, Sponsor agrees to the following terms. 1. Sponsorship Confirmation & Payment Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until a written agreement is executed and payment is received. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by Organizer. Payment terms (deposit and final balance deadlines) will be outlined in the Sponsor invoice or agreement. Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits without refund. 2. Sponsor Benefits & Fulfillment Sponsor will receive the benefits associated with their purchased tier (Presenting, Premier, or Supporting) as outlined in their sponsorship package. Placement of logos, signage, booths, and activations is at the discretion of Organizer to ensure the best overall event experience. Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal value if a listed benefit becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond control. Sponsor understands that visibility levels may vary based on attendee traffic flow and engagement patterns. 3. Branding & Marketing Materials Sponsors must provide logos, artwork, and marketing materials by the deadlines provided by Organizer. All materials must meet Organizer specifications for size, format, and quality. Organizer reserves the right to refuse any materials deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or not aligned with the family-friendly nature of the Event. Sponsor grants Organizer the right to use Sponsor’s name, logo, and approved branding in Event marketing, promotions, website, social media, and press materials. 4. Booths & Onsite Activations Booth size, placement, and activation areas are determined by Organizer. Sponsors must comply with all venue rules, fire codes, safety regulations, and NC State Fairgrounds policies. Sponsors are responsible for staffing, setup, teardown, insurance, and any additional equipment or services needed beyond what is included in their package. No subleasing or sharing of booth space without prior written approval. All activations must be family-friendly and approved in advance. 5. Conduct & Brand Alignment Carolina Kitty Con is a family-friendly, community-focused event. Sponsors, their staff, and representatives must: Act in a professional and respectful manner Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior Follow all event rules and staff instructions Organizer reserves the right to remove any sponsor or representative for behavior that negatively impacts attendees, animals, guests, or the event environment, without refund. 6. Animals & Welfare Because the Event includes adoptable kittens and animal-focused programming: Sponsors may not bring animals to the Event without written approval. Sponsors may not promote products, messaging, or activities that conflict with animal welfare standards. Organizer reserves the right to restrict activities near animal areas for safety and welfare reasons. 7. Data, Leads & Privacy Any post-event attendee data shared with sponsors will include only opt-in information and will be provided in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Sponsors agree to use attendee data responsibly and not sell, misuse, or distribute personal information. Organizer does not guarantee the number of leads, impressions, or conversions. 8. Social Media & Promotion Social media shoutouts and promotional posts will be delivered as outlined in the sponsor tier. Posting dates, formats, and messaging are at Organizer discretion. Engagement metrics are not guaranteed. 9. Cancellations, Changes & Force Majeure Organizer reserves the right to modify event hours, floorplans, programming, or guest appearances as needed. If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or modified due to circumstances beyond Organizer control (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, government orders, public health concerns, or force majeure events): Sponsorships will transfer to the rescheduled date OR Benefits may be adjusted to comparable alternatives Refunds will not be issued due to such changes. 10. Limitation of Liability Sponsor participates at their own risk. Organizer, venue, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for: Loss, theft, or damage to Sponsor property Injury to Sponsor staff or representatives Business losses, missed sales, or marketing outcomes Sponsors are encouraged to carry their own insurance. 11. Insurance Sponsors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance upon request. Sponsors are responsible for coverage related to their booth, staff, and activities. 12. Indemnification Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carolina Kitty Con, Organizer, venue, staff, volunteers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from Sponsor’s participation, materials, products, or activities. 13. Right of Refusal Organizer reserves the right to decline or remove any sponsor whose brand, messaging, or actions are not aligned with the Event’s mission, values, or audience, at Organizer’s sole discretion. 14. Agreement Participation as a sponsor constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
