About the registration

Welcome to the 2025 Legacy Cup Industry Night Sponsor Application. This event will take place on **Friday, September 26** after Legacy Cup vendors and sponsors set up starting at 5pm. Once inside the application and you can start, pause and save your application as you gather all the information needed to submit it. THIS IS A NON-HEMP Industry Night registration application! NO FOOD SALES. Sponsorships will be paid in two installments, the first at time of application approval and the 2nd is due by 9/5. Please contact Mariesa by Eventeny if you need another option.

Terms & Conditions

The sponsor registration steps are: 1. Submit your application. 2. Legacy Cup team reviews your application and communicates any questions or needs to complete the registration. 3. You will receive a message via Eventeny that your application has been approved. Please set your Eventeny settings to receive notifications by email if you want to receive messages by email. 4. 50% deposit is processed at the time of approval by card, unless you have indicated to Mariesa that you prefer to pay by check. You can adjust your email notification settings here - https://help.eventeny.com/hc/en-us/articles/25630102763419-Updating-Email-Notifications If you would prefer to save money on payment processing, you may pay by check by following this process: 1. Choose the products you want to buy and add them to your cart. 2. Message Mariesa on Eventeny for your "Check Coupon Code". Please include the items you have in your cart, listed by name and price. 3. Once you have your Coupon Code, enter it at the top of your cart in the right hand corner in the coupon code field. 4. You will be promoted to check out for the amount due, which will be $.01 + minimal fees like $.35. 5. You must enter your debit or credit card to process the application and pay the $.35. 6. Mail a CASHIER'S CHECK with tracking number to Legacy Events, LLC. 7. Message us through Eventeny messaging with the tracking number and date it is estimated to arrive. Your application will be approved once the check has cleared. 8. You will receive an Eventeny message once your application has been approved!   • I understand that no tables, chairs or tents will be provided.
  • I understand that my pop up tent needs 100 lb weights on each leg. 400 lbs total for 10'x10'.
  • I understand that setup will be Friday, September 26 during the day.
  • Provide a list of non hemp-derived products your business will be selling.
  • I understand that Legacy Cup will not allow any gifting or sale of illegal items at our event.
  • I understand that my booth must remain staffed and open until the end of the event and if it is not, I will be charged $350 early exit fee.
  • I understand that there will be no food sales allowed at the event.
  • I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up my booth and the area under my booth. If my booth is not left clean, I will be charged a $350 clean up fee.
  • I understand that the best way to communicate to the Legacy Cup team is through Eventeny Messaging.
  • I understand that once I have been approved, my payment will be deducted from the card on file, unless I choose to follow the Check payment process.
  • I understand that my Certificate of Insurance (COI) and signed Worker's Comp doc will be due by 8/1
