**Why Sponsor Spokane Pride?** Spokane Pride, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, invites you to partner with us in our mission to empower and celebrate the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Through our educational initiatives and the iconic annual Pride Parade and Festival, we champion visible diversity across the Inland Northwest. At Spokane Pride, we are dedicated to creating inclusive, engaging, and accessible experiences for ALL. Our commitment includes fostering a harassment-free environment, standing against racism, advocating for universal accessibility, and prioritizing the mental health of our diverse community. We are more than just an LGBTQ2S+ advocacy group; we envision a thriving community where resources are identified, holistic programming is implemented, and safe, intentional, and healthy spaces are cultivated. Since 1992, Spokane Pride has been a beacon of visibility and inclusion, rooted in the legacy of the Stonewall Riots. Terms & Conditions

**1. Liability** The Sponsor assumes responsibility for any liabilities that may arise in connection with their sponsorship, unless it can be demonstrated that Spokane Pride acted negligently or in bad faith. Spokane Pride is not liable for any losses incurred due to exclusions or limitations outlined in this agreement. **2. Insurance** The Sponsor is required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage to safeguard against any damage or loss to their sponsorship materials. **3. Payment** The Sponsor agrees to remit the sponsorship fee to Spokane Pride as specified in the sponsorship agreement. If the Sponsor opts to pay in installments, the payment schedule, including calculation methods and any conditions for termination, must be clearly defined. **4. Use of Mark** The Sponsor shall provide Spokane Pride with their logo or mark for use, strictly in accordance with the terms outlined in the sponsorship agreement. **5. Assistance** The Sponsor commits to providing any necessary assistance to Spokane Pride to ensure that the obligations of both parties under this agreement are fully met. **6. Representations** The Sponsor shall not make any statements, either express or implied, that suggest they are endorsed by or have received authorization from Spokane Pride, unless explicitly stated in the agreement. **7. Privacy** The Sponsor’s privacy practices must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. **8. External Activities** The Sponsor agrees not to organize or engage in any activities that conflict with the event's agenda or objectives. **9. Cancellation Fees** In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor may be required to pay a cancellation fee, which will be a percentage of the total sponsorship fees as stipulated in the agreement. **10. Late Sponsorships** You may decide to sponsor up until the week of the event, but if you agree to sponsor after May 30th, we are not responsible for fulfilling the time sensitive sponsorship requirements.
