Sponsorship Overview Future Fest Connect (FFC) sponsorships are designed to provide meaningful brand exposure, thought leadership opportunities, and direct engagement with a diverse audience of industry professionals, innovators, and decision-makers. Each sponsorship tier offers a curated set of benefits that support brand visibility, lead generation, and long-term relationship building before, during, and after the event. By participating as a sponsor, organizations gain access to exclusive marketing opportunities across digital, on-site, and virtual platforms while aligning their brand with a forward-thinking conference focused on connection, innovation, and growth. Sponsorship packages are limited and structured to ensure value, impact, and a high-quality experience for both sponsors and attendees. All sponsorships are subject to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions apply to all sponsorship agreements for Future Fest Connect (FFC). By submitting a sponsorship commitment and/or payment, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms. 1. Sponsorship Commitment & Payment Sponsorships are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sponsorship fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Payment must be received by the agreed deadline to guarantee inclusion in promotional materials and on-site branding. 2. Sponsorship Benefits Sponsorship benefits are outlined by level (Bronze, Silver, Platinum, etc.) and are subject to availability. Benefits are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other consideration. Future Fest Connect reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to sponsorship benefits due to logistical, technical, or operational requirements. 3. Branding & Promotional Materials Sponsors are responsible for providing logos, artwork, and promotional materials by stated deadlines and in required formats. Failure to meet deadlines may result in reduced or omitted visibility without refund. All branding and signage placement is at the discretion of Future Fest Connect. 4. Speaking & Program Participation Any speaking, panel, or moderation opportunities are subject to program approval and scheduling. Content must be professional, non-promotional in tone, and aligned with the event’s mission and audience. Future Fest Connect reserves the right to approve or reject proposed speakers or session content. 5. Lead Access & Data Use Access to attendee or VIP data will be provided only as outlined in the specific sponsorship package. All data must be used solely for legitimate business follow-up related to the event. Sponsors agree to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy, and anti-spam laws. Data may not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties. 6. Event Changes or Cancellation Future Fest Connect reserves the right to modify event dates, format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), venue, or agenda if necessary. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, Future Fest Connect will make reasonable efforts to deliver comparable value but does not guarantee refunds. 7. On-Site Conduct Sponsors and their representatives must conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund. 8. Liability & Insurance Sponsors assume all responsibility for their materials, displays, and activities. Future Fest Connect is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property. Sponsors are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance coverage. 9. Intellectual Property Sponsors grant Future Fest Connect a non-exclusive license to use sponsor logos and trademarks solely for event-related marketing and promotion. All event content, branding, and materials remain the property of Future Fest Connect. 10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local and federal laws.

Prices

Student Scholar Sponsor	$3,000.00	Non-refundable	The Student Scholar Sponsor is allocated to a local middle school, high school, or college. The Student Scholar Sponsor is designed to make a direct and meaningful difference by sponsoring students to attend Future Fest Connect. This sponsorship removes financial barriers and provides students with full access to industry leaders, hands-on learning experiences, and career-connected opportunities in technology and gaming. For college groups, this sponsorship covers 20 full-access student tickets, student meals during the event, and transportation support. Due to liability policies, transportation support may only be provided for college students. For middle school or high school groups, transportation is not included; instead, the sponsorship covers 32 full-access student tickets and student meals, allowing an additional 12 students to attend. Sponsors will be recognized as an official Future Fest Connect Student Scholar Sponsor, including logo placement on the event website under the Education Impact section, on-stage recognition during a student-focused session, social media acknowledgment highlighting the sponsor’s commitment to education and workforce development, and inclusion in post-event recap materials. This sponsorship may be allocated to a middle school, high school, or college. If the sponsor has a preference for which school receives the sponsorship, they may email madison@futurefestconnect.com and the funds will be allocated accordingly. If no preference is provided, the Future Fest Connect team will select the school and notify the sponsor which institution they are supporting. This sponsorship directly aligns your brand with education, access, and future workforce development while making a tangible and lasting impact on students’ professional journeys.
Bronze Sponsor	$5,000.00	Non-refundable	Branding & Visibility Your company logo will be prominently featured across key event touchpoints, including the event website, printed program, on-site signage, and the official event app—maximizing brand exposure before and throughout Future Fest Connect. Registrations & Access Includes two complimentary full-access passes, granting entry to all sessions and the interactive expo. Speaking Opportunity One company representative will have the opportunity to participate as a panelist in a scheduled session, sharing industry insights and expertise with an engaged audience. Content & Promotion Your brand will be recognized through select digital promotions, including newsletters and social media content distributed to attendees and event partners. On-Site Presence Sponsor-provided banner or signage displayed in designated areas on-site, ensuring consistent and visible brand recognition throughout the event. Swag & Collateral Option to include branded merchandise or promotional materials in attendee swag bags distributed during event check-in. Digital & Virtual Visibility Company logo featured on the event’s virtual platform and selected digital pages to maintain ongoing online visibility.
Silver Sponsor	$15,000.00	Non-refundable	Branding & Visibility- Your company logo will receive enhanced placement across high-impact event touchpoints, including the event website, printed program, on-site signage, and the official event app—driving strong visibility before, during, and after the event. Registrations & Access- Includes four complimentary full-access passes, providing entry to all sessions and the interactive expo. Speaking Opportunity- Opportunity for your company to facilitate a panel discussion or moderate a session, positioning your brand as a thought leader and trusted voice within the industry. Content & Promotion- Expanded brand recognition through: Logo placement on official convention badges Inclusion in select digital promotions, newsletters, and social media content Logo featured in official conference email campaigns distributed to attendees and subscribers On-Site Presence- Sponsor banner or signage displayed in designated high-traffic event areas, ensuring strong and consistent on-site brand exposure. Lead Access & Data Access to the attendee list, including names, company affiliations, and contact details (in accordance with event privacy policies). Swag & Collateral- Option to include branded merchandise, samples, or promotional materials in attendee swag bags distributed during event check-in. Digital & Virtual Visibility Company logo featured on the event’s virtual platform and within digital ad placements, extending your reach beyond the physical event.
Platinum Sponsor	$25,000.00	Non-refundable	Swag & Premium Collateral- Includes all swag benefits from prior sponsorship levels, plus prominent large-logo placement on official attendee swag bags. Sponsors may also include premium branded merchandise or high-value promotional items, ensuring memorable brand impact from the moment attendees arrive. Lead Access & Data- Receive full access to both attendee and VIP contact lists, including professional details, enabling highly targeted post-event outreach and relationship building (in accordance with all data protection and privacy policies). Lanyards & Convention Badges- Your company logo will be prominently displayed on all attendee lanyards and convention badges, delivering continuous, high-frequency brand exposure throughout the entire event. Volunteer Visibility- Logo featured on official volunteer t-shirts, extending brand reach across event staff, attendee interactions, and conference photography shared during and after the event.
