Woodstock Arts – Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Applies to all applicants submitting a sponsorship form for Woodstock Arts festivals
By submitting this application, you (“Sponsor”) agree to the following terms and conditions set by Woodstock Arts (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Application & Approval
Submission does not guarantee sponsorship approval.
All applications are reviewed and subject to acceptance by Woodstock Arts.
Sponsors will be notified via email regarding approval and next steps.
2. Payment & Refunds
Sponsorship fees must be paid by the deadline provided in your invoice or acceptance email.
Unpaid sponsorships may be canceled without notice.
Fees are non-refundable unless the entire event is canceled by Woodstock Arts.
3. Sponsorship Benefits
Benefits are provided as outlined in the sponsorship package you selected.
Benefits are subject to modification due to event logistics or availability.
Sponsors must provide logo files and marketing assets on time to ensure inclusion.
4. Use of Branding
Sponsors grant Woodstock Arts permission to use logos, names, and brand materials in marketing related to the event.
Logos must be submitted in high resolution by the deadline communicated.
Sponsor use of Woodstock Arts’ branding requires prior written approval.
5. Conduct & Eligibility
Sponsors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Sponsorship may be revoked (without refund) if a sponsor’s actions harm the reputation or integrity of the event.
6. Event Changes & Cancellation
Event details (date, format, or location) may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the event is canceled, Woodstock Arts may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
We are not responsible for third-party expenses incurred by the sponsor.
7. Liability & Indemnity
Woodstock Arts is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims related to your participation as a sponsor.
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold Woodstock Arts harmless against any third-party claims related to their sponsorship.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
Any legal action will take place in Georgia state or federal courts.
