Terms & Conditions

The sponsoring business has agreed to the following Huntley Park District sponsorship opportunities. Your support allows the Huntley Park District to provide meaningful and entertaining activities to the residents and guests of the Huntley Park District and make recreational opportunities such as this a valuable experience for participants. The agreed-upon sponsorship benefit and monetary expectation is outlined below. Huntley Park District will receive: Monetary event sponsorship support in the amount agreed to in application. Sponsoring Business will receive: • (1) 5'x3' banner logo on stage at event. • Signage at event featuring sponsorship • Logo on 2026 HPD event web pages with link • Dedicated social media post as a band sponsor • On-site booth opportunity • Right of first refusal for 2027. • FREE Booth at the Huntley Park District's Spooktacular Fun Night event in October!
