About the event

The Royal Holokū Ball, presented by Eō e Emalani, is a distinguished evening honoring the beauty, legacy, and cultural significance of Hawaiian tradition. Join us on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Kauaʻi Grand Ballroom for the special presentation and coronation of the 2026 Festival Queen. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable night featuring a Holokū Contest honoring the Most Beautiful, Most Traditional, and Most Avant-Garde Holokū, along with a fashion show, Hawaiian music, hula, and a dinner buffet. Doors open at 5:30 PM.

About the application

The Mokihana Table Sponsorship offers an opportunity to support the Royal Holokū Ball while enjoying a VIP table experience at this special cultural event. Sponsors receive a reserved table for up to 8 guests, dinner buffet for all guests, and curated gift baskets placed at the table. Sponsors will be recognized as supporters of the event through promotional materials and acknowledgments during the evening program. Company name will be displayed at the sponsored table and included in event flyers and social media promotions. This sponsorship provides a memorable evening for guests while helping support the continued celebration of Hawaiian traditions and the artistry of the holokū.

Terms & Conditions

• Mokihana Table sponsorship is $3,000 and includes seating for up to 8 guests. • Dinner buffet is included for all guests at the table. • Sponsor name or company name will be displayed at the Mokihana Table. • Sponsors will receive recognition on event promotional materials, including flyers and online posts. • Sponsors will be acknowledged during the event program. • Sponsors may provide a promotional item to be included in guest gift baskets, subject to approval by event organizers. • Table placement will be determined by the event organizers. • Sponsorship is confirmed upon receipt of payment. • Sponsorship payments are considered non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
