Foodees Fest is one of the fastest-growing touring food festival brands in the United States. Our events bring together 40+ food trucks, artisan vendors, cultural experiences, and family-friendly entertainment for a three-day community celebration centered around food, culture, and connection. Foodees festivals are hosted at high-traffic retail centers and major public venues, creating an environment where sponsors gain direct access to large audiences in an energetic, experiential setting. Each event typically attracts tens of thousands of attendees throughout the weekend, with strong social media promotion, regional advertising, and active vendor participation helping drive traffic before and during the event. Sponsors benefit from: • High visibility among large festival crowds • Face-to-face engagement with consumers • Brand integration within a highly shareable event environment • Digital promotion through Foodees social media channels • On-site activations that allow brands to connect directly with attendees Our festivals are designed to be family-friendly, culturally diverse, and community-driven, making them an ideal platform for brands looking to build meaningful connections with consumers. Foodees partners with national brands, regional companies, and local businesses that want to be part of an event experience where food, culture, and community come together.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship placements are secured only after a signed agreement and full payment have been received unless otherwise stated in writing. Branding & Promotional Materials All sponsor logos, artwork, and promotional materials must be submitted by the requested deadline to ensure inclusion in marketing materials and event signage. Foodees reserves the right to approve all sponsor materials to ensure they align with event standards and venue requirements. Activation Space Sponsors participating with an on-site activation will be provided with the agreed-upon space outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Sponsors are responsible for bringing their own equipment, staffing, and activation materials unless otherwise specified. All activations must comply with venue regulations, safety requirements, and event policies. Insurance Sponsors participating with on-site activations may be required to provide a certificate of insurance listing Foodees Fest and the venue as additionally insured. Set-Up & Breakdown Sponsors must adhere to designated load-in and load-out times provided by the event team. Early breakdowns during operating hours are not permitted. Exclusivity Certain sponsorship categories may be limited to protect brand exclusivity. Category exclusivity will only be guaranteed if specified in the sponsorship agreement. Event Changes While every effort is made to execute events as planned, Foodees reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to layout, programming, or activation placement based on operational or venue needs. Weather Policy Foodees events operate rain or shine. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable due to weather conditions. Compliance All sponsors must comply with local laws, venue policies, and event regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
