Investment: $5,000 – $9,999
1. Agreement Overview
By participating as a Kodiak Sponsor, the Sponsor (“Sponsor”) agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions set forth by Grizz-Con. These terms ensure clarity and mutual understanding between the Sponsor and the event organizers.
2. Payment and Confirmation
Full payment must be received before any sponsorship benefits are activated. Sponsorships are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and signed agreement. All payments are non-refundable once processed.
3. Logo and Branding Usage
Sponsors are required to submit high-resolution logo files and branding materials in approved formats by the designated deadline. Grizz-Con reserves the right to determine logo placement and size on all event materials, including banners, digital media, and programs. Late submissions may result in omission from certain materials.
4. Booth Space
Kodiak Sponsors will receive a medium-sized booth in a prime location within the vendor area. Booth placement will be determined by Grizz-Con based on overall event logistics. Sponsors are responsible for setup, staffing, and removal of booth materials in compliance with venue policies.
5. Panel or Workshop Sponsorship
Sponsors may sponsor one approved panel or workshop. Grizz-Con will provide branding on all related promotional materials, including schedules and signage. Sponsored panels must adhere to Grizz-Con’s event standards and content guidelines.
6. Social Media Promotion
Kodiak Sponsors will receive multiple dedicated mentions across Grizz-Con’s official social media channels. Content and timing of posts will be determined by Grizz-Con’s marketing team to ensure brand consistency and optimal audience reach.
7. VIP Passes
Kodiak Sponsors will receive six (6) VIP passes providing access to all public areas and exclusive VIP functions. Passes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
8. Advertising and Event Bag Inclusion
Sponsors are entitled to a half-page advertisement in the official event program and inclusion of promotional items in attendee event bags. All materials are subject to approval by Grizz-Con and must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late or unapproved items may not be included.
9. Conduct and Compliance
All sponsor representatives must adhere to Grizz-Con’s Code of Conduct, venue regulations, and event policies. Any conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive by event management may result in removal from the event without refund.
10. Cancellation and Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or modification of Grizz-Con due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), sponsorship benefits may be adjusted or rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued; however, Grizz-Con will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent promotional value.
11. Liability
Grizz-Con, its staff, volunteers, and venue partners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to any person or property during the event. Sponsors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage.
12. Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting payment and/or signing the sponsorship agreement, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
