The Bluegrass Creative Society Art & Craft Show is a welcoming, one-day celebration of creativity held in the charming setting of Nunnlea House. This thoughtfully curated spring event brings together artists, makers, and instructors for a relaxed and inspiring day of art, hands-on instruction, and handcrafted goods. Guests are invited to explore unique artisan creations, meet the makers, and participate in approachable art classes and demonstrations throughout the day. Designed for all skill levels, the event encourages creativity, curiosity, and community in an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. Perfectly timed just before Derby Week, the Bluegrass Creative Society Art & Craft Show offers a refreshing way to enjoy Louisville’s spring season through creativity and connection.

About the application

We believe that your company's values align with our mission of promoting artisans and small businesses, while providing assistance for a local charity. Your sponsorship will help us make this event a great success! Your company will receive the following benefits outlined below on our price list. Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made. Please only submit your logo/artwork for advertising purposes. Sponsors will be provided with a backdrop, table and chair (s). Please keep your items within your booth space. Saturday morning 7:00 AM 9:45 AM. Show will open at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tear down is after 4:00 PM Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm! No music allowed except approved by show management. Now onto the legal stuff... By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.

Creativity Sponsor	$200.00	Non-refundable	Creativity Sponsor - 10 X 10 booth on the lawn. A 3' X 5" banner for your booth thanking you for being one of our Creativity Sponsor! Your logo and business information on signage within Nunnlea house.
Community Sponsor	$400.00	Non-refundable	10' X 10' booth space located on the lawn. A 3' X 5' banner for your booth thanking you for being a Community Sponsor of our event! Your logo on yard signs, banners in front of Nunnlea House.
Creatvie Sponsor	$600.00	Non-refundable	10' X 10' prime booth space located near the entrance of Nunnlea House. A 3' X 5' banner for your booth thanking you for being a Creative Supporter of our event! Your company's name and logo on yard signs, banners, website and social media ads. Verbal recognition during the event.
Presenting Sponsor	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	10' X 10' prime booth space located near the entrance on the front porch of Nunnlea House. A 3' X 5' banner for your booth thanking you for being a Creative Supporter of our event! Your company's name and logo on the main event signage at Nunnlea House, yard signs, banners, website and social media ads. Public thank you during the event.
