- This Application is for FOOD EXHIBITORS only, who will prepare and serve food onsite for FREE product sampling to attendees at the Grand Tasting.

FOOD EXHIBITOR Details At-a-Glance:
- Food Exhibitors are provided a standard booth space with serving/front table, back table(s) for prep area, linens and a standard Festival-design branded sign with their printed logo and QR Code.
- You will also have access to the ATTENDEE LEAD CAPTURE program to scan Attendee tickets at your booth for customer follow-ups.
- Food Exhibitors may bring a portable food trailer, food truck or custom serving booth/installation if they prefer.
- Please be sure to choose the right Booth Type in the application!
- Food Exhibitors are expected to supply:
- 400 bite-size/individual portion food items per day
- All required prep equipment & chafers/warmers/serving containers
- All food ingredients and products
- Booth decor to dress up your displays
- (OPTIONAL) disposable serving items to fit your desired plating
- Prep/Cooking and Serving Staff
- The Festival will supply:
- Cash subsidy to cover agreed-upon food costs
- Booth tables/linens/signage
- Standard disposable plates, utensils and napkins
- Ice and potable water (and graywater disposal)
- Promotion of Exhibitor in press,website,emails,socials and Festival Map
- Exhibitors may have limited access to the onsite kitchen and reefers upon request. Please note any such needs in the SPECIAL REQUESTS field
- By default, power is NOT provided/available at booths. Please use:
- portable gas-powered cooking and storage equipment
- ice/dry ice and coolers for cold storage/prep
- Inquire with the Exhibitor Manager if you would like to discuss power availability and custom sponsorship for larger/more complex food buildouts and experiences
- All Food Exhibitors and Staff must have current Food Handling and Health Department certifications.
- Booth assignment is at the discretion of the Festival. If you are accepted, your Exhibitor Manager will discuss booth placement with you and other details.
