About the application

OUTFEST is a one-day Pride celebration featuring live entertainment, a high-energy vendor marketplace, and crowd-favorite programming like the OUTFEST Pageant and OUTFEST Idol. Hosted by South Carolina Pride Movement, OUTFEST welcomes thousands of attendees and brings together community, local businesses, and corporate allies for a day of visibility and celebration.

Terms & Conditions

OUTFEST Sponsorship Terms & Conditions (2026) Sponsorship Term Sponsorship benefits are provided for the 2026 OUTFEST season for this event-specific agreement. Sponsor recognition and associated benefits will remain active through the 2026 calendar year, where applicable. The primary promotional window for OUTFEST is April 15 – June 15, 2026, when most pre-event marketing and sponsor visibility will occur. Recognition and Benefit Fulfillment Benefits are fulfilled based on sponsorship level and may include digital, on-site, and promotional recognition. Some benefits are time-sensitive and dependent on production schedules. SC Pride will make best efforts to deliver all listed benefits; however, exact placement, sizing, and frequency of recognition may vary by platform, venue requirements, and event production needs. Artwork, Branding, and Deadlines Sponsors are responsible for providing approved brand assets (logo files and usage guidelines). High-resolution or vector formats are preferred. Sponsor recognition in printed materials and certain promotional assets is subject to artwork submission deadlines. Late submissions may limit placement opportunities. Use of Marks and Name Sponsors grant South Carolina Pride Movement permission to use Sponsor’s name and logo for the purpose of fulfilling sponsorship benefits and promoting OUTFEST. SC Pride’s name, logo, and event marks may not be used by Sponsor without prior written approval. Payment and Invoicing Sponsorship commitments are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or invoice approval. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (recommended: 30 days), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sponsorship benefits may be delayed until payment is received. On-Site Activation and Vendor Participation If sponsorship includes a booth, activation space, or on-site branding, Sponsor agrees to comply with event rules, venue policies, safety requirements, and load-in/load-out timelines provided by SC Pride. Booth placement and activation footprints are subject to site constraints and final event layout. Exclusivity (If Applicable) If category exclusivity is offered, it must be confirmed in writing and applies only to the category and event specified. SC Pride reserves the right to define and interpret categories in a commercially reasonable manner. Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation OUTFEST is subject to change due to weather, venue restrictions, public safety requirements, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond SC Pride’s control. If the event is postponed, sponsorship will transfer to the rescheduled date. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, SC Pride may provide a pro-rated value exchange through comparable digital recognition or other benefits, or issue a refund at SC Pride’s discretion after direct costs are assessed. Conduct and Brand Alignment SC Pride reserves the right to decline or terminate sponsorships that conflict with organizational values or create reputational risk to the event or community. If termination occurs for cause, SC Pride will determine benefit fulfillment or refund eligibility based on circumstances. Liability Sponsor agrees to release and hold harmless SC Pride, event venues, and affiliated partners from claims arising from Sponsor’s participation, activation, or onsite activities, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for on-site activations. Governing Law This sponsorship agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

With an estimated 40% of attendees traveling from outside the Midlands, OUTFEST is a major regional moment for visibility, tourism, and local economic impact.
