Family Fun Day inside The Big Tent at The Mill on Etowah 🎉 Join us for an afternoon packed with laughter, excitement, and unforgettable family memories at Family Fun Day, happening May 30th from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM inside the Big Tent at The Mill on Etowah! This FREE community event is open to everyone, though donations are encouraged and appreciated to help support a great local cause. Bring the kids and enjoy a fun-filled day featuring: • Bounce houses • Games and hands-on activities • Music and entertainment • Local vendors • Silent auction • Family-friendly experiences and more! The event takes place inside a 10,000 sq. ft. semi-permanent pop-up tent, making it a rain-or-shine celebration where families can comfortably enjoy the festivities no matter the weather. Family Fun Day is perfect for kids ages 2–13 and families alike, offering plenty of activities to keep everyone smiling all afternoon long. ❤️ Supporting Butterfly Whisper This event benefits Butterfly Whisper, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Cherokee County dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing poverty and homelessness. Through programs that provide essentials like food, clothing, hygiene items, emergency assistance, and seasonal support programs, Butterfly Whisper works to give struggling families the resources, dignity, and hope they need to move toward stability and self-sufficiency. Terms & Conditions

Inflatables Sponsor – Terms & Conditions Sponsorship Fee: The Inflatable Sponsorship is available for $800. Full payment is required to secure sponsorship and space at the event. Space & Setup: Sponsor will be provided with a 10x10 vendor space located near the Bounce House attraction. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, chairs, and any display materials. Banner Placement: Sponsor may provide one banner for placement at or near the Bounce House area. Banner must be provided by the sponsor and approved by event organizers if necessary. Setup & Breakdown: Sponsors must arrive during the designated vendor load-in time provided by the event organizers. All booths must be fully set up before the event begins and remain in place until the conclusion of the event unless otherwise approved. Marketing & Promotion: Sponsor will receive recognition as the Bounce House Sponsor in applicable event marketing materials and social media promotions at the discretion of the event organizers. Weather Policy: Family Fun Day is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the event schedule may be modified. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Liability: Sponsors are responsible for their own property, materials, and activities at their vendor space. Event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property. Event Management: Event organizers reserve the right to adjust vendor placement, event layout, or programming as necessary to ensure the safety and success of the event.
