Join the Hamburg Area Arts Alliance for an afternoon of fun, food, and prizes at our 5th Annual Bingo Event on Sunday, April 12th at St. Mary’s, 94 Walnut Rd., Hamburg, PA. Enjoy 20 exciting games of Bingo, along with cash prizes, special games, a 50/50 raffle, basket raffle, and a jackpot! Food and drinks available for purchase.

About the application

Our Town Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. All sponsorships are eligible for a federal tax deduction in accordance to the law. Gold Level - $500  Table space at the event to promote your business  Four complimentary Bingo books (20 games per book, $100 value)  Four complimentary tickets to the Hamburg Strand Theater  Business logo/name included in social media advertising with a link to your business website and/or Facebook page  Verbal acknowledgement throughout the event  Name recognition on signs acknowledging your sponsorship  Distribution of literature (provided by your business) at the hospitality table  Set up time is 10 am – 12 pm Silver Level - $250  Two complimentary Bingo books (20 games per book, $50 value)  Two complimentary tickets to the Hamburg Strand Theater  Business logo/name included in social media advertising  Verbal acknowledgement throughout the event  Name recognition on signs acknowledging your sponsorship  Distribution of literature (provided by your business) at the hospitality table Bronze Level - $100  One complimentary Bingo book (20 games per book, $25 value)  Two complimentary tickets to the Hamburg Strand Theater  Name recognition on a sign acknowledging your sponsorship  Distribution of literature (provided by your business) at the hospitality table Donated baskets or individual items for baskets are appreciated! – Name recognition will be given during the game in which donation is awarded or at the Basket Auction table.
