And sponsors are invited to participate in the Business & Non-Profit Expo – a fun and festive atmosphere - to raise the profile of your organization.

Terms & Conditions
SPONSORSHIP APPROVAL
Sponsorship applications are subject to approval by the Celebrate! West Hartford Committee. Approved sponsors will be placed on the Waitlist until insurance documentation is received and approved by our Risk Manager.
PAYMENT & PROCESSING FEES

| Celebrate! West Hartford Sponsorship | $0 | Non-refundable | Please select a quantity of one (1) for all sponsorship levels. Fee amounts will be updated and invoiced according to the chosen sponsorship upon acceptance by CWH. |
| 10'x10' Tented Space | $0 | Non-refundable | Sponsors at the Bronze Level and higher are provided a 10'x10' canopy tent, tables & chairs. All tents must be supplied by the event. No outside tents allowed. |
| 10'x20' Tented Space | $0 | Non-refundable | Expanded exhibitor tent/space is reserved for Gold and Special Feature Sponsors upon request. All tents must be supplied by the event. No outside tents allowed. |

- ACCEPT LIABILITY WAIVER - I bring to, keep and remove my property (including but not limited to, goods, tables, tents, vehicles, trailers or RVs) from the event at my sole risk. I knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily assume sole responsibility for me, my property, and persons working for or volunteering on my behalf. I shall hold harmless the Town of West Hartford, its officials, officers, agents, employees, representatives and sponsors, for all liabilities as a result of any action, claim, costs, damages, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, penalties or fees for bodily injury and property damage sustained by any person or concern caused in whole or in part by me, my goods and services, and persons working for or volunteering on my behalf at this event. All applicants are subject to approval by the CWH Committee. By submitting this application, I understand and accept all the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
