Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made. Please only submit your logo/artwork for advertising purposes. Sponsors will be provided with a banner, table and chair (s) if needed. Please keep your items within your booth space. Saturday morning 7:00 PM – 9:45 AM. Show will open at 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Tear down is after 3:00 PM Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm! No music allowed except approved by show management. Now onto the legal stuff... By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
