Sponsors/vendors may begin setting up at 6:30AM. All vehicles used in setting up each booth is to be off Main Street by 8:00AM. No security is provided for overnight setup. The Tucker Day Festival opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 4:00PM. You agree to not closing your booth before 4:00PM without prior approval from Tucker Day Staff. • Sponsors will check-in on Saturday morning at the Railroad Avenue end of Main Street. Only one vehicle per booth unless previously approved by the Tucker Day Committee. No vehicle will be allowed on Main Street between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. Parking is available around the festival area. Do not park vehicles in any area that is marked for no parking. • No bicycles, skateboards, roller-skates, scooters, Segues, or other non-medically necessary wheeled conveyance, motorized or not, shall be allowed in the festival area. Violators will be removed from the festival area. • Booth assignments will be made online using the Tucker Day website. Sponsors are responsible for knowing the designated booth assignment. Sponsors shall only market and sell the products or crafts approved in the application for the booth assignment. Vendors are solely responsible for transporting their products and crafts • Tucker Day is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued. • All vendors/sponsors are responsible for their own insurance coverage. By requesting a booth space, each vendor/sponsor assumes the risk of liability regarding their booths, tents, goods, crafts, food and products sold or distributed in the booth or related to their selling activity. • Vendors/sponsors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tent anchors, signage tables, displays and chairs. MTA and Tucker Day do not have and will not keep extra tents and supplies. • All vendor/sponsor booths must remain intact in the designated space until 4:00PM. Any vendor closing or removing the tent early may not be approved for a booth the following year. • All sales and marketing activity is restricted to the assigned booth space or the store front for the Main Street Sponsors.
