This year, we're bringing the excitement of the Kentucky Derby to life with a big hat bash like you’ve never seen before —so dust off your derby hats, don your bowties, bring your southern charm, and saddle up for the night. This 21+ event promises a night of sophistication, fun, and fabulous prizes, because this is more than just a dance. Snap a keepsake photo at the Winner’s Circle photo booth, show off your style in our Best Hat & Best Dressed contest, and horse around with some adult games. Don’t miss your chance to bet on a good time and make lasting memories at this year’s Adult Prom! Suggested Attire: Here’s your chance to dress up with a fun and flamboyant style. We’re talking statement hats, unique patterns, bold colors and bowties. Pre-Game Party at D.C. Cobb’s! POST PROM ! REGISTRATION INCLUDES: • Admission to Pre-Game Party @ D.C. Cobb's • (1) Drink token per person • Admission to Post Prom event • And more surprises! $5 from every ticket sold will go to the Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association (NISRA) Foundation, a not-for-profit organization! When you register for this event, you are also supporting our special needs families, friends, and community members!

Terms & Conditions

The sponsoring business has agreed to the following Huntley Park District sponsorship opportunities. Your support allows the Huntley Park District to provide meaningful and entertaining activities to the residents and guests of the Huntley Park District and make recreational opportunities such as this a valuable experience for participants. The agreed-upon sponsorship benefit and monetary expectation is outlined below. Huntley Park District will receive: Monetary event sponsorship support in the amount agreed to in application. Sponsoring Business will receive: • Company logo on all print, digital and social media marketing materials. • Company logo on stage near DJ throughout event (up to 2 logos) • PA Announcement during event. • Dedicated social media post as DJ sponsor. • Logo on 2025 event webpages with link. • Free admission (ticket # TBD) to sponsored event. • Right of first refusal for 2026. Please sign below and a copy of this sponsorship/advertising agreement will be sent to you. If design work is involved with this sponsorship, we will be in touch to confirm the design artwork. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable. The Huntley Park District reserves the right to revoke or remove a sponsor or advertiser from an event/opportunity.
