Terms & Conditions

General Goods & Artisan Vendor Terms & Conditions Rock The Block Party 2026 May 10, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM 4595 Towne Lake Pkwy, Bldg 300, Ste 100, Woodstock, GA 30189 By submitting an application and/or participating in Rock The Block Party 2026 (the “Event”), the general goods or artisan vendor (the “Vendor”) agrees to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions as established by Goin’ Social Events, Stauffer Chiropractic, and all affiliated sponsors and community partners (collectively, the “Event Producer” or “Released Parties,” as applicable). 1. Compliance With Laws & Regulations Vendor shall, at its sole cost and expense, comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations, including but not limited to those of the State of Georgia, Cherokee County, and the City of Woodstock. Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, and approvals necessary for lawful participation. 2. Insurance & Assumption of Risk Event Producer may maintain general event liability coverage; however, such coverage does not extend to Vendor property, personnel, or operations. Vendor assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or injury and is encouraged to obtain independent insurance coverage. Vendor knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event. 3. Electricity & Power Electricity is not guaranteed. Vendors requiring power must request it in advance and receive written confirmation. Event Producer makes no warranties regarding access, reliability, or capacity of electricity. Vendor is strongly encouraged to supply its own generator. Event Producer shall not be liable for any power interruptions or failures. 4. Health, Safety & Fire Compliance Vendor shall comply with all applicable fire codes and safety regulations, including maintaining proper fire extinguishers and safe handling of flammable materials. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund. 5. Product Approval & Restrictions All goods must be pre-approved. Event Producer reserves the right to prohibit or restrict any items deemed unsafe, unlawful, counterfeit, or inappropriate, and to limit vendor duplication. 6. Load-In, Operations & Breakdown Vendor shall adhere to all assigned load-in and load-out schedules and remain fully operational during all Event hours. Failure to comply, including early departure or late setup, may result in removal, forfeiture of fees, and exclusion from future events. 7. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal Vendor shall maintain a clean and orderly space and properly dispose of all waste in designated areas. Unauthorized dumping is strictly prohibited and may result in fines or removal. 8. Indemnification Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, Stauffer Chiropractic, all sponsors, community partners, property owners, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from Vendor participation, including personal injury, property damage, or regulatory violations. 9. No Guarantee of Performance Event Producer makes no guarantees regarding attendance, sales, profitability, weather, or event success. Vendor accepts full financial risk of participation. 10. Cancellation, Weather & Force Majeure The Event is rain or shine. All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, government actions, or other force majeure events. 11. Right of Refusal & Removal Event Producer reserves the sole and absolute right to refuse, remove, or relocate any Vendor for any reason deemed necessary, including non-compliance or safety concerns. Removal shall be without refund. 12. Limitation of Liability; Hold Harmless Vendor expressly agrees that Stauffer Chiropractic, Goin’ Social Events, and all community partners and sponsors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be held liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to Vendor’s participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to: Loss of sales, revenue, or profits Damage to or theft of Vendor property or merchandise Acts of God, including but not limited to weather-related impacts Event cancellation, delay, or interruption Utility failures, including loss of electricity Low attendance or adverse event conditions Vendor agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Vendor’s participation, operations, or presence at the Event. Vendor acknowledges that participation is voluntary and assumes all risks associated therewith. 13. Governing Law & Venue This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Cherokee County, Georgia. 14. Acceptance of Terms Submission of an application, payment of fees, and/or participation in the Event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and forms a legally binding agreement between Vendor and Event Producer.
