Lawrence Busker Festival Sponsor Agreement Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsorship Benefits
The Lawrence Busker Festival agrees to provide the sponsor with the benefits as outlined in the Sponsorship Package or written agreement. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, name/logo placement on marketing materials, inclusion on the event website, social media mentions, and on-site signage.
2. Sponsorship Fee and Payment Terms
The total sponsorship fee and payment schedule will be agreed upon in writing. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise specified. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received in full.
3. Use of Sponsor Logo and Name
Sponsors grant the Lawrence Busker Festival the right to use their name, logo, and approved brand assets for promotional purposes related to the event. Sponsors agree to provide logo files in high-resolution digital format upon request.
4. Sponsor’s Use of Festival Branding
Sponsors may use the Lawrence Busker Festival name and logo only with prior written approval and solely for the purpose of promoting their sponsorship of the event. Any use of festival branding must comply with the festival’s brand guidelines.
5. Exclusivity
Exclusivity rights (e.g., category exclusivity) will only be granted if specifically outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
6. Sponsor Activation and On-Site Participation
If the sponsorship includes on-site presence or activation (such as a booth, branded activity, or sampling), the sponsor agrees to coordinate details with festival staff in advance and comply with all festival guidelines, safety regulations, and city ordinances.
7. Liability and Insurance
Sponsors participating on-site are responsible for their own property, staff, and activities. The Lawrence Busker Festival is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by sponsor activities or representatives. Sponsors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance for certain activations.
8. Cancellation Policy
If the sponsor chooses to withdraw from the agreement after confirmation, sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise negotiated. If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of the festival (e.g., weather, acts of God, government restrictions), the festival will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent promotional opportunities, but fees may remain non-refundable.
9. Compliance with Laws and Policies
Sponsors agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and festival policies. Any activity deemed unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate by the festival organizers may result in termination of sponsorship benefits without refund.
10. Modification of Terms
Any modifications to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
11. Entire Agreement
The signed sponsorship agreement, along with these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No other statements, promises, or agreements shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
