Terms and Conditions for Chelan Pride Sponsorship Application
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a sponsorship application to Chelan Pride, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your application.
2. Eligibility
Chelan Pride is a 2SLGBTQIA organization, and we welcome sponsorship applications from individuals, businesses, and organizations that support our mission to empower and connect the LGBTQIA2S+ community. All applicants must align with our values of inclusivity, social justice, and respect for diversity.
3. Application Process
To apply for sponsorship, applicants must complete the sponsorship application form and provide all requested information. Chelan Pride reserves the right to review and evaluate all applications based on our mission and values.
4. Sponsorship Agreement
Successful applicants will receive a sponsorship agreement outlining the terms of the sponsorship, including benefits, expectations, and any associated fees. By signing the agreement, sponsors commit to supporting Chelan Pride’s initiatives and events in accordance with our mission.
5. Use of Logo and Branding
Sponsors may be required to provide their logo and branding materials for promotional purposes. Chelan Pride reserves the right to use these materials in connection with our events and initiatives, subject to prior approval from the sponsor.
6. Non-Discrimination Policy
Chelan Pride is committed to creating an inclusive environment. We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, ability, or immigration status. All sponsors must adhere to this policy and promote inclusivity in their practices.
7. Liability
Chelan Pride shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in sponsorship activities. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold Chelan Pride harmless from any claims arising from their participation.
8. Amendments
Chelan Pride reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to applicants and sponsors, and continued participation will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
