Sponsors at this level receive the following benefits: Corporate logo sized and positioned according to sponsorship level on Forsythia Festival T-shirts Company name and logo featured on the official Forsythia Festival website Logo inclusion in all television and print advertisements promoting the Festival One 10’ x 10’ booth space with premium placement during the Festival Company name and logo listed in the Festival Program of Events

HOLD HARMLESS / AGREEMENT / RELEASE I have received, read, and agree to abide by the regulations provided by the Forsythia Festival. By payment of the above sponsorship, I acknowledge and agree that the Forsythia Festival and the Forsyth-Monroe County Chamber of Commerce shall be released and held harmless from any and all liability for loss or damage to person or property, as well as any costs, expenses, or loss of service, arising out of or in any way connected with participation in the Forsythia Festival.
