In honor of Women's History Month, the Boynton Beach Arts & Cultural Center will host an inspiring empowerment luncheon. This year's luncheon will feature the incomparable JoMarie Payton, an acclaimed actress known for her role in the beloved sitcom Family Matters, Tyler Perry's Miss Governor, and as the unforgettable voice of Suga Mama in Disney's award-winning The Proud Family. Through heartfelt storytelling and candid conversation, Ms. Payton will share reflections on womanhood, resilience, and the vital importance of nurturing wellbeing and inner strength. Her journey and experiences will serve as a powerful testament to the strength and spirit of women. JoMarie Payton brings a wealth of experience from her diverse roles in television and film. Her portrayal of Harriette Winslow in Family Matters endeared her to audiences, while her character in Tyler Perry's productions showcased her versatility. As the voice of Suga Mama, she continues to inspire new generations with charisma and wisdom. This empowering experience is designed to uplift and unite, serving as a tribute to the strength, spirit, and stories of women everywhere.
