About the event

The mission of McKinney Día de los Muertos is to celebrate and honor the rich cultural heritage of the Latin American and Hispanic community in McKinney, Texas, and surrounding areas by organizing an inclusive and vibrant festival that educates, entertains, and brings people together. Our mission is rooted in respect, appreciation, and preservation of the traditions associated with Día de los Muertos, while also encouraging dialogue and recognizing the diverse contributions of the Latin American and Hispanic community to our society.

Terms & Conditions

1. Accuracy of Information The applicant certifies that all information provided in the sponsorship application is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. The Organizer is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted. 2. Sponsorship Commitment Submission of this application constitutes a commitment to provide sponsorship funds and any associated deliverables as outlined in the sponsorship agreement upon acceptance. 3. Approval Process The Organizer reserves the right to review, approve, or reject applications at its sole discretion. Approval is contingent on alignment with the Organizer’s mission and the nature of the event. 4. Payment Terms Full payment of the agreed sponsorship contribution must be received by the specified deadline. Failure to make timely payment will result in the forfeiture of sponsorship benefits. 5. Withdrawal of Application The Sponsor may withdraw their application prior to approval. After approval, the terms of the sponsorship agreement will apply, including payment obligations and refund policies. 6. Cancellation by Organizer The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the sponsorship agreement if the Sponsor fails to comply with the terms and conditions, or if the event is canceled for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control. 7. Logo and Materials Submission The Sponsor agrees to provide high-quality logos, images, or other materials necessary for promotional use by the specified deadline. Late submissions may result in omission from promotional materials. 8. Use of Sponsor’s Name and Logo By applying, the Sponsor grants the Organizer permission to use their name and logo for event promotion purposes, as outlined in the sponsorship agreement. 9. Non-Endorsement Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of the Sponsor’s products or services by the McKinney Día de los Muertos Festival or its affiliates. 10. Force Majeure The Organizer is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. 11. Governing Law This application and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. 12. Acknowledgment of Terms By submitting the sponsorship application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
