About the event

Miami is gearing up to host a fully sanctioned barbeque competition in partnership with the Florida Barbecue Association. This event, which promises to be a feast for the senses, is set to become a marquee occasion in our city's cultural calendar, rivaling even the esteemed Art Basel in terms of national appeal. The barbecue competition will host an exciting grill off event on March 7th at Maurice A. Ferré Park. Teams will be judged on technique and flavor on barbecue brisket, pork, beef and chicken. In addition to the barbecue competition there will be lots of festivities for everyone! Enjoy vendors, music entertainment and kid zone. There will be something for everyone!

Terms & Conditions

Booth Space: Includes 10x10 vendor space. Sponsor must bring own tent unless otherwise arranged. Permits: Sponsor is responsible for obtaining any required permits for product sampling or cooking. Banner Limit: Maximum of four (4) banners permitted. Banners must be clean, weatherproof, and pre-approved. Utilities: Power and water not included; available for an additional cost and must be requested 30 days in advance. Insurance: Not required unless food/beverage sampling is involved. If sampling, $500,000 liability insurance is mandatory. Setup/Teardown: Booths must be operational by 11:00 AM and remain active until 7:00 PM unless otherwise authorized. Behavior: Sponsor reps must maintain professional behavior. The organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor acting inappropriately.
