About the event

Do you ever wonder what it would be like to hang out with the crew of the Bebop? Are you a Jazz and/or Anime Enthusiast? Want some fandom fun to combat the Con Drop? Well, shucks howdy, we gotcha covered, pardner! The Sugar Belle Maids are hosting a Bebop Lounge in Macon, the Heart of Georgia. Based on the 1990's anime and hit Netflix TV show of the same name, become bounty hunters for an evening with a chance at winning the next big bounty off of Big Shot! This event is 18+; only those aged 21 and up may purchase alcohol.

About the application

As a sponsor, you are considered a supporter of the Bebop Lounge hosted by the Sugar Belle Angel Maids, created and run by Cafe Heart Projects. Bronze Tier Sponsorship (at least $250): - Your business name listed on the sponsor recognition board - Social media thank-you post and mention in a specially endorsed Instagram/ Facebook reel - 1 general admission ticket for our next event -Business name listed on the keepsake tote bag Silver Tier Sponsorship (at least $500): - Logo on flyers + digital promotions - Social media shoutouts across IG/TikTok - 1 VIP ticket for our next event - Business name listed on the keepsake tote bag Gold Tier Sponsorship (at least $1000): - Top billing on all marketing + ticket pages - Featured placement in all social + influencer content - 2 VIP tickets to our next event - On-site branding (entry + photo area) - Business name listed on the keepsake tote bag In-kind sponsorship is also accepted and will be in a separate application. All applications must be completed by May 20th, 2026.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting a sponsorship application for Bebop Lounge, sponsors agree that participation is subject to organizer approval and confirmation upon payment. The organizer reserves the right to remove an application if it is from a political candidate currently running for office, or if it directly conflicts with the ideals of the overall event. Sponsorship benefits vary by tier. Sponsors are responsible for providing all logos and promotional materials by the required deadlines and must comply with venue policies and applicable laws. The event organizer reserves the right to adjust event programming, venue details, marketing plans, or scheduling as needed. Sponsorship payments are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation at organizer's discretion. While Bebop Lounge provides promotional exposure through social media and attendee engagement, specific marketing results, attendance numbers, impressions, or sales conversions are not guaranteed. By participating, sponsors grant permission for their name, logo, and approved branding materials to be used in event marketing and promotional content. In the case of event cancellation, returns will be made as soon as possible.
