Vendors are responsible for all items, equipment, and personal property. The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
If the vendor cancels for any reason, fees will not be refunded.
Vendors must comply with all event rules, city regulations, venue policies, and safety requirements. Vendors who violate rules may be removed from the event without refund.
Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the event organizers, venue, and affiliated partners from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during participation.
The event may be photographed or recorded. By participating, vendors grant permission for their booth and products to be included in event photos/videos used for promotional purposes.
