Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Ann Arbor Pride 2026! Ann Arbor Pride will be taking place on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, and as a valued organization in our community, we are excited to connect with you! First celebrated in 1995, Ann Arbor Pride (previously known as OUTFest) is a festival in Ann Arbor, Michigan, celebrating lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer identities, community, and allyship hosted by the Jim Toy Community Center. Ann Arbor Pride brings entertainment, community, vendors, fun, and most importantly, Pride. Right now, Ann Arbor Pride is more important than ever, and we rely on companies and organizations like you to host this event. Last year, Ann Arbor Pride saw nearly 25,000 attendees gather to celebrate the queer community and engage with sponsors and vendors. I am reaching out today to see if your organization would be interested in sponsoring Ann Arbor Pride this year. By sponsoring Ann Arbor Pride, you are expressing your support for the LGBTQIA+ community, while we market your organization to all individuals in attendance. Terms & Conditions

Agreement & Term This agreement is between the Jim Toy Community Center (the Organizer) and the Sponsoring Entity (the Sponsor). The term of this agreement shall begin on the date of signature and conclude 30 days after the conclusion of Ann Arbor Pride 2026. Sponsorship Fees & Payment Payment: The Sponsor agrees to pay the total sponsorship fee associated with their selected level (e.g., Diamond, Platinum, Gold). Deadline: Full payment is typically due within 30 days of the invoice date or no later than 14 days before the event to guarantee inclusion in printed materials. Non-Refundable: Sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to event production and community advocacy. Sponsor Benefits & Recognition Deliverables: The Organizer will provide the specific benefits (logo placement, stage mentions, booth space) outlined in the Sponsorship Guide. Logo Submission: The Sponsor must provide high-resolution logos by the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of the logo from certain marketing materials. No Endorsement: Recognition of a Sponsor does not constitute an official endorsement of the Sponsor's products or services by the Jim Toy Community Center. Use of Intellectual Property License: Each party grants the other a limited, non-exclusive license to use their name and logo solely for the promotion of Ann Arbor Pride. Brand Integrity: Sponsors may not use the Ann Arbor Pride or Jim Toy Community Center marks in any way that implies a political or religious endorsement without prior written consent. Booth & On-Site Requirements Compliance: Sponsors with physical booths must comply with all city of Ann Arbor ordinances and event safety guidelines. Staffing: Booths must be staffed during all official event hours. Subletting: Sponsors may not "sublet" or share their assigned space with another organization without approval. Cancellation & Force Majeure If the event is cancelled or postponed due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies), the Organizer will apply the sponsorship to the rescheduled date or the following year's event. Liability & Indemnification Indemnity: The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Jim Toy Community Center, its board, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Sponsor's participation or negligence. Insurance: Sponsors are encouraged to maintain their own general liability insurance for the duration of the event.
