Eventeny Sponsorship Title AltBev Expo After Party Sponsorship | The Peach (WPB) | Feb 27 (6–10 PM) Short Summary (1–2 lines) Sponsor the official AltBev Expo After Party at The Peach (West Palm Beach)—a high-energy night of live music, inclusive alternative beverages, vendor village + art studios, and VIP-level networking with the industry and local tastemakers. The AltBev Expo After Party is the official Friday night celebration of AltBev Expo—bringing together brands, buyers, distributors, media, creators, and community in a cultural, high-vibe environment at The Peach in West Palm Beach on February 27th from 6:00–10:00 PM. Live performances include Adam David (Winner of NBC’s The Voice) and the G Sparticus Trio, alongside a vendor village + art studios open throughout The Peach. This is a premium moment for brands to show up with product, storytelling, and real connection. This sponsorship application is for beverage brands and aligned sponsors who want to activate, pour, be featured, or support the event as a partner. Complimentary entry is provided to AltBev Expo sponsors and All-Access Pass holders—so you’re engaging a high-intent audience. 1) Presenting Sponsor (1 Available) Includes: “Official Presenting Sponsor” designation for the After Party Top logo placement on event promo assets (digital + on-site) Branded step-and-repeat / photo moment placement (if applicable) On-stage mention / host shout-outs during performances Premium activation space (pouring / sampling / brand moment) 10 complimentary guest list spots (or your preferred number) Option to provide branded cups/napkins (subject to venue approval) 2) Featured Pour Sponsor (Limited) Includes: Activation/pour space to sample and engage attendees Logo inclusion on after party digital promo assets Brand listed as “Featured Pour Partner” 4 complimentary guest list spots (or your preferred number) 3) Supporting Sponsor Includes: Logo inclusion on after party digital promo assets Brand listed as “Supporting Sponsor” Option to provide product for inclusion/sampling (as approved) 2 complimentary guest list spots (or your preferred number) All activations are curated to ensure alignment with the event experience and venue guidelines. Sampling/pouring is subject to venue rules and any required permits. Space is limited—once tiers fill, sponsorship closes. Lock in your sponsorship to be part of the official AltBev Expo After Party. Terms & Conditions

By submitting this sponsorship application and/or remitting payment, Sponsor agrees to the following Terms & Conditions: 1) Sponsorship Confirmation Sponsorships are confirmed only when (a) payment is received and processed and (b) Sponsor receives written confirmation from AltBev Expo/Producer. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or placement. 2) Activation Approval + Venue Compliance All activations, sampling plans, signage, and on-site brand experiences are subject to approval by the event producer and The Peach (and any required venue partners). The event reserves the right to adjust layout, placement, and activation details as needed for safety, operations, or venue requirements. 3) Alcohol, Licensing, and Responsible Service If Sponsor’s activation involves alcohol or regulated products, Sponsor is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and for following venue policies. Sponsor must provide any required permits, responsible service staffing, and approvals as requested. The event may restrict or prohibit any product or service that does not meet compliance standards. 4) Product Handling + Sampling Rules Sampling/pouring is subject to venue rules and event guidelines. Sponsor is responsible for providing adequate staff, product, ice/coolers (if needed), and any serving materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. The event reserves the right to limit sampling sizes, distribution methods, and placement. 5) Load-In / Load-Out and On-Site Conduct Sponsor agrees to follow all load-in/load-out schedules, parking instructions, safety requirements, and on-site staff direction. Sponsor is responsible for maintaining a clean, professional activation footprint and for any damages caused by Sponsor personnel, equipment, or materials. 6) Insurance / Indemnification Sponsor may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the event producer and venue as additional insureds, upon request. Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event producer, venue, and affiliated parties from claims arising from Sponsor’s participation, products, personnel, or activation activities (to the extent permitted by law). 7) Marketing Assets + Deadlines Sponsor must provide logos and any approved promotional materials by requested deadlines. If assets are not delivered on time, the event cannot guarantee inclusion in marketing placements. 8) Recording + Media Release Sponsor acknowledges the event may be photographed/filmed and grants permission for Sponsor’s brand name, logo, and activation imagery to be used for event recap content and promotional purposes. Sponsor may also capture content on-site provided it does not interfere with event operations or other sponsors’ activations. 9) Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations All sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If Sponsor cancels participation for any reason, fees paid remain non-refundable. If the event is postponed, Sponsor may choose to roll sponsorship benefits to the rescheduled date or apply sponsorship value to a comparable AltBev Expo event/activation (as determined by the producer). If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, the producer will determine a fair remedy, which may include partial credit or partial refund based on costs incurred. 10) Force Majeure The event is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, labor issues, government orders, public health restrictions, venue issues, or emergencies. 11) Right to Refuse or Remove The event reserves the right to refuse participation, remove any Sponsor display/activation, or require modifications if it is unsafe, non-compliant, misaligned with the event experience, or disruptive to attendees/venue operations. No refund will be owed in such cases. 12) Acceptance of Terms Submission of the sponsorship application and/or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
