Eligibility: Sponsors must be a registered business or organization. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Commitment: Sponsors agree to fulfill their financial and promotional commitments as outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship benefits. Branding and Promotion: Sponsors grant the festival organizers permission to use their logos and branding materials for promotional purposes in connection with the festival. Compliance: Sponsors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The festival organizers reserve the right to reject any sponsorship that does not align with the festival’s values or goals. Liability: Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their sponsorship. Termination: The festival organizers reserve the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement at any time for reasons including but not limited to breach of contract or failure to adhere to festival policies. Agreement: By submitting your application, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
