About the event

Miami is gearing up to host a fully sanctioned barbeque competition in partnership with the Florida Barbecue Association. This event, which promises to be a feast for the senses, is set to become a marquee occasion in our city's cultural calendar, rivaling even the esteemed Art Basel in terms of national appeal. The barbecue competition will host an exciting grill off event on March 7th at Maurice A. Ferré Park. Teams will be judged on technique and flavor on barbecue brisket, pork, beef and chicken. In addition to the barbecue competition there will be lots of festivities for everyone! Enjoy vendors, music entertainment and kid zone. There will be something for everyone!

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions: Exclusivity: Title sponsor will have category exclusivity (e.g., no other sponsors in the same industry category). Naming Rights: The sponsor will be presented as “Presented by [Sponsor Name]” across all promotional materials. Brand Usage: Organizer retains final approval on all logo placements and co-branded content. Activation Areas: Sponsor may execute up to three branded activations but must submit plans for approval at least 45 days before the event. Booth Setup: Sponsor is responsible for booth setup, breakdown, and staffing. Load-in/load-out times will be provided 2 weeks in advance. Banner Materials: Sponsor-provided banners must be flame-retardant and comply with all fire marshal and venue regulations. Ticket Allocation: All tickets and parking passes are non-transferable and will be distributed by March 1st, 2026. Conduct Clause: Sponsor activities must align with family-friendly event standards. Insurance: Sponsor must provide proof of general liability insurance ($1M minimum) listing Clarke Smart Solutions LLC as additional insured. Refund Policy: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
