Terms & Conditions

By submitting this sponsorship application, you agree to the following: • All sponsorships are subject to approval by 3XC Events. • Payment is due before the event; all payments are non-refundable. • Sponsors must provide logos, graphics, and materials by required deadlines. • 3XC Events may adjust logo placement, size, or display methods as needed. • Booth/table space (if included) must follow all event and venue rules. Sponsors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and materials. • 3XC Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. • Celebrity or event branding (“brought to you by”) may be modified for consistency. • If a celebrity cancels, an equivalent benefit will be provided—no refunds. • All sponsor activations must remain PG-13 and family-friendly. • Digital screen placement/rotations are subject to availability and scheduling. • 3XC Events may modify event layouts, schedules, or programming as needed. • Sponsors must conduct themselves professionally; violations may result in removal without refund. • Sponsors are responsible for any damages they cause to event or venue property. • 3XC Events is not liable for injuries, losses, or interruptions. • Submission constitutes agreement to all policies and confirmation that the applicant is authorized to represent the sponsoring organization.
