About the application

Winter Festival 2026: Après Ski Saturday, February 21: 11 AM - 7 PM Sunday, February 22: 8 AM - 4:30 PM We invite service-based businesses (home improvement, insurance, chiropractors, etc.) to partner with Festivals of Cedarburg as a Winter Festival Sponsor. Please see the list of sponsorship opportunities in the Documents section below. As one of Ozaukee County's favorite winter celebrations, we see over 12,000 attendees come to Downtown Cedarburg to enjoy the festivities. This is a fantastic opportunity to share valuable information about your business while supporting a non-profit organization. Festivals of Cedarburg, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating and supporting our vibrant community through four large-scale events each year. Producing these events requires thousands of volunteer hours, the commitment of local businesses, and — most importantly — the generosity of sponsors. Sponsorship dollars directly offset the ever-increasing costs of logistics, safety, entertainment, and infrastructure that make these festivals possible. Our goal is to keep festival participation affordable for local artists, small businesses, and makers, while ensuring the 200,000+ annual visitors to our events experience a safe, enjoyable, and memorable celebration of Cedarburg’s charm. With the help of your valued contribution, we aim to provide more opportunities for community engagement, increased traffic to our business district, and grants and scholarships that directly benefit the Cedarburg community.

Terms & Conditions

1. Please note there are a limited number of sponsor spots and Festivals of Cedarburg reserves the right to limit the number of sponsors within a specific industry. 2. Payment account will not be charged unless the application is accepted. A 6% processing fee will be added when credit card is charged. 3. Acceptance notifications will begin Jan 9, 2026 4. Accepted sponsors can cancel up to Jan. 16., 2026 with no penalties. After Jan. 16th but before Feb 1, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No refunds given after Feb 1, 2026. 5. Festivals of Cedarburg, Inc. reserves the right to refuse participation to any Sponsor and/or their employees if the Sponsor fails to adhere to the Code of Conduct. 6. If applicable, provide photos of your products and booth setup. 7. All participants in any Festivals of Cedarburg event must provide proof of Liability Insurance coverage equal to or greater than $300,000. 8. Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read and signed. 9. Winter Festival will continue regardless of the weather. 10. Photos of your products and booth setup.Sponsors will be located indoors unless otherwise noted. Once Festivals has given notice to close the event, Sponsor must immediately pack up their areas and shut down. No refunds will be issued in the case of weather-related or emergency-related closures.
