Panda Terms and Conditions
Investment: $1,000 – $2,499
1. Agreement Overview
By participating as a Panda Sponsor, the Sponsor (“Sponsor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by Grizz-Con. These guidelines define Sponsor obligations and benefits.
2. Payment and Confirmation
Payment in full and a signed agreement are required before any sponsorship benefits are provided. All payments are non-refundable once processed.
3. Logo and Branding Usage
Sponsors must provide a high-resolution logo in an approved format by the designated deadline. Logo placement will appear on the Grizz-Con website and selected printed materials. Placement and sizing are determined by Grizz-Con. Late submissions may result in omission.
4. Booth Space
Panda Sponsors will receive a standard booth space within the event. Booth assignments are determined by Grizz-Con based on overall event layout. Sponsors are responsible for all booth operations and compliance with venue policies.
5. Social Media Mention
Sponsors will receive one social media mention on Grizz-Con’s official platforms. Content and timing of posts are managed by Grizz-Con’s marketing team.
6. VIP Passes
Panda Sponsors will receive two (2) VIP passes providing access to all public and designated VIP areas. Passes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
7. Advertising
Sponsors will have their logo included in the official event program. Placement and formatting will be determined by Grizz-Con’s design team.
8. Conduct and Compliance
All sponsor representatives must adhere to Grizz-Con’s Code of Conduct and venue policies. Behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by Grizz-Con staff may result in removal without refund.
9. Cancellation and Force Majeure
If the event is canceled, postponed, or altered due to causes beyond Grizz-Con’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders), sponsorship benefits may be rescheduled or adjusted. Refunds will not be issued.
10. Liability
Grizz-Con is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the event. Sponsors participate at their own risk and should maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
11. Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing the sponsorship agreement and/or submitting payment, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
