By submitting a sponsorship application, you agree to the following terms regarding your participation as a sponsor in the Galveston Bridal Expo presented by Married On Island: Application & Approval: Submitting this application does not guarantee sponsorship placement. All sponsorships are subject to review and approval based on event needs, alignment with the brand, and category exclusivity. Sponsorships are confirmed only after approval and full payment. Payment & Refund: Once accepted, payment is due in full to secure your sponsorship package. All sponsorship payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, credit or refund options will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Sponsorship Deliverables: Sponsor benefits are outlined in your selected tier or custom agreement. Married On Island will make very reasonable effort to fulfill agreed deliverables (e.g., logo placement, media exposure, stage mentions, etc.). Sponsors are responsible for providing required materials (logos, ad files, promotional content) by deadlines provided to ensure inclusion. Brand Representation: Sponsors may not share or split their sponsorship with another business. All public-facing sponsorship content must align with the professional tone and values of Married On Island. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement unless otherwise specified in separate agreement. Marketing & Media Release: By participating, sponsors grant Married On Island permission to use submitted logos, photos, and brand materials for event promotion, both digital and print. Sponsors may be featured in social media, web, signage, press, or swag bags depending on their package level. Liability & Conduct: Sponsors assume responsibility for their display materials, signage, or on-site activations. Married On Island and the Galveston Island Convention Center are not liable for loss, damage, or injury related to sponsor participation. Inappropriate or unprofessional conduct may result in loss of sponsorship privileges without refund. Event Changes or Cancellation: If the event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disaster, public health concerns, etc.), sponsors will be notified promptly. In such cases, all efforts will be made to reschedule the event or transfer benefits to a future opportunity.
