In submitting an application for 2025 Holiday Hoopla, the applicant and the Sponsor are agreeing to comply with the below terms and conditions:
• All payments are final, no refunds.
• Holiday Hoopla is a rain or shine event.
• Booth Space is optional and not a requirement for sponsors.
• Holiday Hoopla does not guarantee exclusivity of products displayed.
• Sponsors, nonprofits, and craft vendors are not permitted to sell or provide free food/beverages items, as our food/beverage vendors will be selling these items.
• Inclusion on advertisements and marketing appeals is contingent upon payment and receipt of a high-quality logo (300 dpi to Jeffrey McNair at jmcnair@chambleega.gov).
• Holiday Hoopla and its employees and agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third-party damages, claims or loss to property, persons or vessels, injury to exhibitors, their employees, invitees, guests or visitors with the confines of the space contracted by the Exhibitors.
• Exhibitors who do not set up on schedule may have their designated space changed or occupied by another Exhibitor at the discretion of Event Management.
• Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation and disposing of trash into appropriate receptacles. A $100 fee for cleaning will be issued, if left in an inappropriate level of cleanliness.
• Any loss or damage to equipment supplied by Event Management will be billed directly to the Exhibitor within 30 business days after the event.
• Booth spaces consist of (1) one small table and (2) two chairs. Booth décor should be in good taste. Event Management shall be the final judge as to what constitutes good taste and has the authority to require removal or modification of any display.
• Power is reserved for food and beverage vendors and is therefore not readily available on the event site for sponsors. If you need power, please let us know PRIOR to the event and we will try to accommodate your request.
• By submitting this application, the applicant and Sponsor certify that they hold authority to approve the aforementioned terms and agreements.
