About the application

We believe that your company's values align with our mission of promoting artisans and small businesses, while providing assistance for a local charity. Your sponsorship will help us make the Kentuckiana Authors Book Cover Contest a great success! This competition is open to all public, private and home-schooled students in 29 counties in Kentucky & Indiana. A 100+ mile radius. Your company will receive the following benefits outlined below on our price list. If you prefer, we can work together to customize a package to suit your needs. Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made. Please only submit your logo/artwork for advertising purposes. Sponsors will be provided with a backdrop, table and chair (s). Please keep your items within your booth space. Saturday morning 7:00 AM 9:45 AM. Show will open at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tear down is after 4:00 PM Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm! No music allowed except approved by show management. Now onto the legal stuff... By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.

Cash sponsorship	$200.00	Non-refundable	Event sponsorship - 10' X 10' prime space located outside near the Pavilion entrance. A 3' X 5" banner for your booth thanking you for being our Event Sponsor of the Kentuckiana Authors Book Cover Contest!
Valued Supporter	$400.00	Non-refundable	10' X 10' prime booth space located near the entrance of the Pavilion. Your logo on yard signs, banners and social media ads. Your company name and logo will also appear near the stage during the competition thanking you for being a Valued Supporter of the Kentuckiana Authors Book Cover Contest!
Presenting Sponsor	$600.00	Non-refundable	10' X 10' prime booth space located in front of the pavilion. Your company's name and logo will appear on both ArtSpark Productions & Kentuckiana Authors Hub websites, social media & print ads. Your company name and logo will also appear prominently on stage & on the pavilion's banner thanking you for being a Presenting sponsor.
High School Division Sponsor	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	10' X 10' prime booth space located in front of the pavilion. Your company's name and logo will appear on both ArtSpark Productions & Kentuckiana Authors Hub in multiple areas within the websites, social media & print ads. Your company name and logo will also appear prominently on stage, displayed within the students artwork & on the pavilion's banner thanking you for being the High School Division Sponsor. Only 1 company will have this opportunity.
Middle School Division Sponsor	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	10' X 10' prime booth space located in front of the pavilion. Your company's name and logo will appear on both ArtSpark Productions & Kentuckiana Authors Hub in multiple areas within the websites, social media & print ads. Your company name and logo will also appear prominently on stage, displayed within the student's artwork & on the pavilion's banner, thanking you for being the Middle School Division Sponsor. Only 1 company will have this opportunity.
